      针对卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机的发展动向及其对驱动装置的要求 ,设计了一种新型驱动装置——行星齿轮差速器 .阐述了其技术指标对螺旋离心机特性的改进效果 ,着重介绍了 NC系列两级齿轮行星差速器的工作原理、主要技术参数、设计要点及其应用 .对其应用特性与摆线行星机构作了分析与比较 .

Planetary gear differential's technical effect on improving horizontal helical centrifuger

  　This article expatiates on the development trend of horizontal helical-conveyer centrifuger and the requirements of its driving device. It introduces the technical performance of Planetary Gear Differential and the technical parameters about the characteristic of helical centrifuger and its improved effect. Furthermore, it introduces the working principle, main technical parameters and design outlines of type NC Two-stage Plantary Gear Differential and its application effect. It also analyses its application characteristic compared with cycloid plantary machine.
