The use of magnetic drive can realize absolutely no leakage in whole reaction process on specifically arts and crafts conditions. At past, it is difficult to overcome the leakage in chemical production. The harmful problem is that leakage can make the energy sources wasted and reduce economic benefit, further more, it damages our health even our life and cause pollution.
Leakage is a technical problem. Moving seal has been used in traditional mixer.It needs elaborate maintenance and can't work well muchly. Moving seal can't thoroughly get rid of leakage and hidden trouble. The methods of moving seal is mechanical and stuffing seal, i.e. touching or blocking up seal.
With the development and application of magnetic drive technics, real seal comes true. The specialty is non-touching and full obturating seal when it transmits the torque. Because of the magnetic other than axle transmission, there is no leakage. It is very significant when the process or production is on some special circumstance, for example, some flammable, explosive and toxic or high-temperature and high-pressure ,and so on.
The development of magnetic transmission was begun long before in WenZhou . A set of magnetic agitating kettle was made and used for 400L and 1.6MPa. It fills up the blank at this area in China and make our chemical industrial full of vital force. Magnetic transmission product has the performance of safety and trustiness and high-efficiency and economy.
It has been 20 years since the first procuct of magnetic transmission agitating reaction kettle. There are only a few plants that can make it. And that the capability is faulty. it has't application in special requirement, such as high-temperature, high-pressure and high-vacuum. According to the customer's feed back information, there are 4 aspect to be resolved:
1. Corrosion and solid particle damage the bearing.
2. Bearing can't suited for the surrounding temperature.
3. There isn't suitable lubricant condition in the cettle.
4. Long mixing axle cantalever goes against the bearing.
These 4 aspect make the use period shorten.
