      On October 27, the prelminary design of our new plant side was maken a joint checkup by Lucheng district construction bureau . After researching and discussion, the leaderships of constrction bureau approved the total design blue print of new plant side of our company.
　　For further development, the new plant  will lie in Wenzhou characteristic park.　It uses more than 60 acres. Among them, 12，000 square meters of the factory building area. The new factory area invests 82,500,000 yuan. It owns production department, a modern office building and a dormitory buildingcans that can be lived by more than 300 employees, anticipating to finish construction in the end of 2006. The new factory area will have set up, which will make our company that have abilities with producing more than 10,000 hard gear reducers and 6,000 blending plants .
