TPS Practice Improvement Activity Sharing Session

Lean management is the most prevalent production management and business operation model.Just-in-time manufacturing, also known as just-in-time production or the Toyota Production System(TPS),is a management philosophy and not a technique. It originally referred to the production of goods to meet customer demand exactly, in time, quality and quantity. It is amethodology aimed at achieving high quality, less personnel, small equipment, short production cycles, no shortcomings and low cost in the whole process.

In mid-July,GREATWALL MIXERS arranged several core production management personnel to participate in "Lean Management Practical (Site) Training Crouse" at Kunshan for four days.It was lectured by Mr okawa and Mr Too Tian Gong , who are senior lecturer of lean management in Japan. From theoretical study to field investigation and case analysis, the trainees benefited a lot and set up an improvement team in time after they came back.

On 23th July, the improvement team carried out the "TPS Practice Improvement Activity" internally.The activity was divided into two parts: theoretical training and Dojo exercises.Participants knew 8 wastes, 12 action wastes and the process for improving activities through training.During the Dojo exercises, brainstorming method was used in intense discussion, in which everyone expressed different opinions to find and solve problems.

GREATWALL MIXERS focus on lean management, carried out various training, set up reading groups, and aim to be learning-oriented enterprise.
